Student Emergency Contact Updates

Students please keep your emergency contact information. This will help the university contact the appropriate individuals in case of an emergency. To update your emergency contact information now please follow these steps:

  1. Log onto your myEWU Portal

  2. On the top menu click on the "Student" tab
  3. Click on the "EagleNET" folder lower on the student page

  4. Click on the "Personal Information" folder

  5. Select "Update Emergency Contacts"

  6. Click on "New Contact" and enter your emergency contact information.

  7. Click on "New Contact" to add more Emergency Contacts 

Parent/Authorized User Payment Option

Students have the ability to create a parent or authorized user login by going to EagleNet under the Pay My Bill option. This will allow the authorized user to go on the web and pay the student's account balance using E-check, Visa or MasterCard.

STUDENTS, to set up an authorized user the student should follow these steps:

  1. Log onto your myEWU Portal

  2. On the top menu click on the "Student" tab

  3. Click on the "EagleNET" folder lower on the student page

  4. Click on the "Student" folder then the "Student Account" folder

  5. Select Pay My Bill and select the current term 

  6. Select Make a Payment

  7. Under "Parent PINs" select Add New. NoteYour authorized users can access this site from

  8. Create a Parent Pin (any sequence of numbers or letters)

  9. Enter your Parent's e-mail address

  10. Add a note to go with the e-mail to your parent (optional)

  11. When finished select OK 

PARENTS OR AUTHORIZED USERS: You will be e-mailed the pin and password along with the link to log in and make payments.  Parents or authorized users will have authorization to make a payment, view payment history, and pay the balance on the student account.  They do not have access to financial aid, grades, or other online student information.  Only the student can reset the authorized user's password if it is lost or forgotten.
