Biography

Currently teaching courses at Eastern Washington University and Spokane Community College, Michelle is an alum of the University of Southern California's Master of Professional Writing program. She is a creative non-fiction enthusiast but loves to discuss, debate and digest any genre that comes her way.

Prior to making a career shift to teaching, Michelle was an associate editor at The Hollywood Reporter in Los Angeles. She continues to write and edit on a freelance basis.
