In the case of an unforseen emergency that will keep a student from attending class, the Dean of Students office can help relay information to faculty in a timely manner. Please fill out the attached form and return to the Dean of Students office in PUB 320. If you are unable to return the form, please contact the Dean of Students office at 509.359.2292 for assistance.

The Dean of Students office can assist students with a late withdrawal (when the drop/add period has passed) due to a family emergency or medical situation. Please fill out the attached form and return to the Dean of Students office in PUB 320.
