Greetings from SAIL
On behalf of the Student Activities, Involvement and Leadership (SAIL) team at Eastern Washington University, I would like to welcome you to the Eastern Eagle family. We are excited that you have chosen this great institution and hope that you will take every opportunity to actively engage in your learning experience both inside and outside of the classroom.
The SAIL team honors and values creative exploration, active community engagement and lifelong learning. To this end, our staff is here to provide students with a variety of events and activities that will help foster their personal growth and complement their academic experience. SAIL offers opportunities for engagement through clubs and organizations, social events and activities, sorority and fraternity community, leadership and social justice educational programming.
I believe that getting engaged in these activities support a student-centered learning environment that offers opportunities for students to develop both personally and professionally. The SAIL team encourages all students to participate in the various activities, events and traditions that we have here at EWU.
