An IT Pro is an individual or team assigned to each building on campus. Your IT Pro works closely with the Help Desk staff. If the Help Desk is unable to resolve your problem over the phone in a timely manner, your IT Pro will be assigned to your ticket. The IT Pro provides tier 2 support for all your technology needs.
