What:   Eastern Washington University - Banner and EagleNET Upgrade

When:  Friday April 20, 2012 starting at 6:00PM - upgrade is scheduled for 5-12 hours, not to exceed 12 hours.

Impact: Please be advised that the Office of Information Technology has scheduled a planned maintenance window to upgrade our Banner and EagleNET systems on Friday April 20, 2012 beginning at 6:00PM. The scheduled maintenance window will last approximately 5-12 hours.  Systems affected and unavailable during the maintenance include, but are not limited to, the following: Banner, EagleNET, UC4, Soar etc.

Saturday morning, April 21,EagleNET will have a new, more modern look; users may notice brief, intermittent outages and changes as that work is being completed.  Please visit the following WordPress site for examples:

Scheduled maintenance and upgrades allow EWU OIT to keep our Banner systems and infrastructure current and working as efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
