    Erika Enciso-Castillo is a junior at EWU and is majoring in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Spanish and a minor in English as a Second Language (ESL).  Over her tenure at Eastern, she has been involved in various clubs and organizations such as M.E.Ch.A. and is a LEAP (Latino/a Education Achievement Project) Ambassador in the annual conference held in Tacoma, WA.  Erika has been involved with the New Student Transitions and Parent Programs for two years; one as an Orientation Leader and now as one of the Orientation Coordinators. She says, "It has been an amazing experience to be a part of the department." She is a member of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. and is a very outgoing, social young lady. She likes to have fun but definitely knows that school is her #1 priority. She loves God, her family, friends, and her second family here at EWU!
