My name is Miechia Taylor and I LOVE EWU!!!! Currently I am a Senior majoring in business management with a minor in africana studies. I am a very outgoing and determined person and refused to be STOPPED! I have been working with new student programs for 3 years as the orientation student coordinator and I must say it has been a great learning experience. Working with this department has motivated me to move on to the next level. I plan to go to graduate school to peruse higher education/student affairs which I am looking forward too. Aside from work, I try to stay active on campus. Currently, I am the vice president,historian, and custodian of the Nu Xi chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority INC. Also,I am the captain,choreographer, and a current member of Kode Red Hip hop dance team. On top of my working, sorority duties, and dancing I have many hobbies but would like to sum all of them up by saying I like to have fun. Although having fun is very important to me I don't let it get in the way of my success. Remember success is the key and to stay focused with what is more important. Excited for the New Year I hope you all continue to think BIG as you begin your journey to START SOMETHING BIG!!!!!!
