Print Submission Guidelines

File types:

We accept most file types .jpg, .tiff, .pdf, .indd, .psd, .ai, .eps, .doc, etc. with the exception of Microsoft Publisher if you are working in Publisher we advise you to use a different program or save your project as a pdf.

If you are using Adobe InDesign, please package your project or create a PDF.

To Package: Choose File>Package

  • You will be prompted with an instructions window just click continue.
  • Next create a folder to save your packaged project in, this is usually the same name that the project is called.
  • Click ok on the Font alert.
  • Your done, Just burn your package folder to a disk or copy to a jump drive and bring it to us.

To Create a Pdf: Choose File>PDF Export Presets>[Print]

  • Name file then Click Save
  • Change Compatibility to Acrobat 6
  • Click Export
  • Now your done, just burn your pdf to a disk or copy to a jump drive and bring it to us.

Tips for optimal print results

Create and save your projects at 300 dots per inch (dpi) standard print resolution
Use tiff's or pdf's instead of jpg's
If you can deliver your projects in their native file format.
