Office Safety
Maintaining a clean and organized office area is an important safety issue in the workplace. An office setting can have its' share of safety hazards. It is not unusual to hear of an office employee tripping over a computer cord or straining his/her back while moving a piece of office furniture. Clutter in the workplace often creates more that an eyesore; it can get in the way of safety. Stacks of paper, boxes, trash and other items that collect throughout the work area can be fire hazards and can even block safe exits. Below are samples of safety issues.
