Healthy Choices

HWPS wants to help students make healthier choices both mentally and physically. College students often disregard their health, as studies show that college students tend to have poor nutrition, get less sleep, exercise less and be more vulnerable to body image issues. To help students reach and maintain their optimal health we want to provide students with general knowledge regarding these four topics to make smarter and healthier choices
