No single birth control method is best for everyone; the best one is the one used correctly everytime durring sexual intercourse.  Choosing a contraceptive method is an important decision and one that must be made with one's lifestyle in mind.  Important issues include one's own personal health and health risks, number of sexual partners, frequency of sexual intercourse, risk of acquiring a STI, cost of contraceptive, and method's disadvantages and advantages.
