Patterson Hall Renovation Schedule

The first phase of construction includes the addition of new office wings on three sides of the building. This addition adds approximately 30,000 sf to the existing building. Phase I is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2012.
The second phase of construction includes buildout of the interior of the existing structure. Approximately 105,000 SF of general academic classroom space will be modernized. Phase II is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2014.
