Scheduling

If you would like to schedule an event on campus, please fill out our Event Request Form and follow the instructions on the bottom of the form for quick and easy delivery to the Scheduling Office. Please submit your request two weeks in advance of your event for proper scheduling and adequate room availability. Upon successful submission, a confirmation number will be assigned and returned via e-mail. Please let us know of changes or cancelation ten days prior to your event as we must coordinate with multiple support services.

Clubs & Organizations

If you are with a Club or Organization at EWU, fill out their Event Registration Form and submit to Student Activities Involvement & Leadership (SAIL) at PUB 320.

Special Circumstances

If you need any of the following services you must contact the appropriate people/department as directed below.

• If you will be requesting catering (or beverages):
  -Visit the Catering Guide and send a written request to Tom Shaffer via email. Call 359-6857 for any questions.
• If you have parking needs:
  -Please contact Parking Services at 359-7275 and submit your request.
• If you would like your event to be held in Showalter Auditorium:
  -The Showalter Usage form must accompany your event request. Fill out and return with your Event Request.
• For Enhanced Classroom access or enhanced equipment training:
  -Contact the EWU Service Desk at 359-2247 for assistance.
• For scheduling INSIDE the PUB Lobby area:
  -Schedule via the Bookstore Customer Service Desk at 359-2826.
• For scheduling OUTSIDE on the PUB patio area:
  -Fill out our Event Request Form, specify you are ordering space and tables in comment area and pay the fee at the bookstore.
