Lost Card
If you lose your EagleCard, a replacement card will cost you $25. You can pay the fee at the EagleCard/Dining Office in 120 Tawanka Hall. We take cash, checks, debit/credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).
Dining (Ala Carte) and/or EagleFlex Account Holders
If your EWUID has been lost or stolen, please immediately disable Dining and EagleFlex privileges by calling the EagleCard Office (359-6184) or Dining Services (359-2540).
Once you've purchased a new card, you cannot go back to an older card because of security reasons.
Any use of cards after they have been reported lost or stolen is vigorously investigated and referred to the authorities as appropriate.
Name Change
If your name has been changed (e.g. marriage), make sure that you go to the Records & Registration Office in Sutton Hall and request that your name be changed in Banner. You will receive a letter from the Records & Registration Office to confirm that your name has been changed in the system; this usually takes about a week. Once you have received the letter, bring a copy of your confirmation letter to the Tawanka Business Office, Tawanka 120 and purchase a new replacement ID card for $25.00.

If someone turns your card in to our office, we will try to contact you. Please make sure that your phone number is updated in EagleNet. If your phone number is not updated in EagleNet we cannot contact you.
