Dining Locations
Dining Services maintain nine campus locations for food and beverage services. Baldy's, Eagle Espresso, Swoops and the Eagle Express Market are located in Pence Union Building. The Roost, Dining's premiere venue with a state-of-the-art display cooking, open-air kitchen, is located in the EWU Recreation Center. Tawanka Beverage, Bakery, Bistro (BBB) and Main Street Dining are found in Tawanka Hall. For those studying or researching in JFK Library, we have Thirsty Minds Espresso. Eastern's newest dining operation, The Brickhouse Deli, is located in Brewster Hall. Last but not least, a first class catering operation and mobile espresso service round out EWU’s Dining operations. Through these locations and services, Dining Services is able to provide a great variety of tasty and nutritional choices to our diverse student body at reasonable prices. Dining Services is focusing on our environment by using earth friendly disposables, increasing our use of organic and all natural products and eliminating products that contain trans fats from our operations as well as other current trends in the food service industry.
