Virginia Hinch currently serves as the Director of Career Services and is an instructor for Career Services' Career Development course. She has worked at EWU for more than 10 years, helping build internship programs professional development, service-learning and volunteer opportunities for thousands of students. Gini holds a Master's in Adult Education from EWU.

Robbyn Hoffman has worked in higher education for over twelve years, holding a variety of positions supporting student success at several institutions, including a community college in rural Thailand.  Robbyn has been working at EWU for five years, and plans to continue her dedication and service to the EWU community through her work in Career Services. She earned her M.A. in Post-Secondary Counseling from Seattle University.  When she is not working, she enjoys: hiking, yoga, and international travel.

Joyce has been with EWU for over 30 years, all in Career Services so she has experienced a lot of changes in providing services to our students, graduates, employers and the community. She has been involved with Placement File services all but a few years with Student Employment. Her main position has given her the opportunity to work with education majors (news graduates & alumni) seeking employment as a teacher/administrator.

Dena Ogden is the Employer Relations Manager for Career Services, where she works to connect the greater employment community with the students of Eastern Washington University, and serves as the first point of contact for new employers interested in hiring from EWU. She has been working in higher education since 2007, with experience in Career Services as well as Admissions. Dena holds a BA in Communication & English from the University of Washington.

Laura is the Career Advisor for the College of Science, Health & Engineering. She  joined Eastern in 2008, with the Office of Admissions, where she spent the past 4 years doing recruitment and outreach. Laura is originally from the lower Yakima Valley and received her Communication and Sociology undergraduate degrees from Central Washington University.  She is currently working on an MS in Communication.

Shannon Turner currently serves as the liaison for the College of Business & Public Administration with office hours at the Cheney and Riverpoint campuses.  She is a certified Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association and brings with her experience working in higher education, municipal government and the private sector.  Shannon earned her BA in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and has enjoyed living and studying abroad in Mexico, Guatemala and Argentina.

Romeal Watson received his BSW from Eastern, as well as his MSW and his Master's in Public Administration. He was a very involved Eagle, founding the EWU Boxing Club in 2002, and active in diversity initiatives and student leadership. He has been involved in the Cheney/Spokane community, working at Crosswalk, and Empowerment, Inc. He is the internship coordinator and liaison for the College of Social and Behavioral Science

Ryan Weldon received his MA in Rhetoric and Technical Communication from Eastern Washington University. In his time at EWU he has been both a Graduate Service Appointee and a Lecturer in the English Department, the coordinator of student volunteers for the Society for the Advancement of American Philosophy (SAAP) Conference, and a Summer Camp Resident Advisor. He is currently the liaison for the College of Arts, Letters, and Education.
