The college environment is exciting and stimulating. It can also be stressful. Classes, tests, work, family, and friends place new demands on your time and energy. At times you may feel overwhelmed. Counseling and Psychological Services offers you the opportunity to explore personal concerns with a professional counselor dedicated to helping you help yourself.
