Welcome to the Eastern Washington University Auxiliary and Business Services. Under the leadership of Associate Vice President LeeAnn Case, we strive to provide only the highest quality service and support in all that we do. We are comprised of the following departments:
- Eastern Washington University Bookstore
The EWU Bookstore, under the direction of Bob Anderson, is conveniently located in the center of campus at 152 Pence Union Building and provides many neccessities and amenities for students, parents, alumni, and the general public. - University Apartments
Under the direction of Sharlie Corcoran, EWU University Apartments offers affordable, convenient housing a short distance from the main campus, relatively close to downtown Cheney and easy access to Spokane Transit Authority bus routes into Spokane. Whether you are new or continuing at EWU, we want you to feel comfortable with your choice to live on campus and hope this information does just that. EWU Contract Services, under the direction of Susan Brown, welcomes all those who are interested in learning more about the planning, soliciting, awarding, managing, and monitoring of the personal services contract process. - Dining Services
EWU Dining Services, under the direction of Dave McKay, strives to accommodate a wide range of preferences - those concerned about health, those in a hurry, those who enjoy ethnic foods, and those who like a good old-fashioned hamburger and fries!

EWU Mail Services, under the direction of Greg Dempsey, provide the Eastern Washington University campus with prompt and dependable on-campus mail service. "Through rain, hail, sleet or snow..." we will get your mail where it needs to go! - Parking Services
Under the direction of Greg Dempsey, the Eastern Washington University Parking Services stives to accomodate the parking needs of the EWU community. We provide quarterly and annual parking permits for our parking lots around campus along with approximately 455 hourly parking meters placed all over campus for your convenience. - Purchasing
The EWU Purchasing Department, under the direction of Bill Santiago, is committed to serving Eastern Washington University by performing the highest level of service in a cost effective manner. We value our relationships within the EWU community and endeavor to provide accurate and prompt assistance. We welcome the opportunity to work with the public and encourage ongoing communication. - Pence Union Building (PUB)
The Pence Union Building serves as the community center for Eastern Washington University. Its mission is to provide the student-centered facilities and services required by the University Community. - Risk Management
Risk Management provides administrative information and compliance standards for risk management at Eastern Washington University. - University Recreation Facilities
University Recreation Facilities, under the direction of David Early, strive to provide the highest quality Recreation and Athletic facilities for Students, Staff and Faculty and the local community.
The Sports and Recreation Center serving the academic, athletic, and recreational activities on campus houses Reese Pavilion, home of Eagle Basketball and Volleyball; and Roos Field--Home of the 2010 National Champions, the Aquatic Center, various Gyms and Activity spaces, Indoor and Outdoor Racquet Sports courts, and the Jim Thorpe Fieldhouse.
The University Recreation Center opened in March 2008, houses the URC Fitness Center, a multi-purpose floor that converts from an NHL Ice Rink to a Basketball courts annually, Health Wellness and Prevention Services, The Climbing Wall, Epic Adventures and The Roost, a premier dining services facility.
