Technology at EWU

The EWU mission in part is to "prepare broadly educated, technologically proficient, and highly productive citizens to attain meaningful careers..." 

A variety of technology resources are available at EWU that either enhance or are critical to student success.  These student success resources are primarily supported and funded through the quarterly Student Technology Fee.  To learn more then check out the resources below.

  • iTech Technology for Students - EWU students have access to a variety of technology resouces: computer labs, digital camcorders, digital cameras, laptops, sound studios, multimedia studios, accessible technology, free antivirus downloads, software discounts and more.  iTech provides several free services for EWU students include email, free antivirus, netstorage, software discounts, and more.
  • General Access Computing Labs - Student computing resources are widely distributed throughout campus.
  • Student Software Training - Students learn how to use almost any software product for free.
  • Universal Access ITUniversal Access IT - Technology resources designed to improve accessibility and productivity for printed and electronic information.
