    Mr. Klauss has over 17 years of experience at Eastern Washington University in both Academic and Student Affairs. He is keenly focused on the development of meaningful relationships with EWU transfer partners for the purpose of ensuring an efficient transition that positively contributes to the personal transformation of transfer students. He enjoys his many opportunities to engage with current and prospective students as they prepare for degree completion. Mr. Klauss is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and an MA in Public Administration.

    Dr. Heather Veeder attended the University of Idaho for her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Studio Art. While at the U of I she participated in the AmeriCorps program, a very important experience that propelled her career towards the helping professions and higher education. She then received a Master of Social Work Degree from Eastern Washington University. After, she attended Gonzaga University and received a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Leadership Studies. The title of her dissertation was, The Mentor's Experience: A Journey Through Co-Curricular Service-Learning in Emerging Adulthood ata Jesuit University. Heather is currently an Academic Policy Analyst in EWU's Division of Academic Policy & Undergraduate Planning where one of her primary responsibilities is to provide faculty with support as they navigate the curriculum change process.
